January 1 - Assessment date.

January 31 - Deadline to pay property tax without penalty, unless tax statement is mailed after this date.

April 15 - Deadline to file business personal property renditions, unless written 30-day extension is requested.

April 30 - Deadline to file homestead exemption application.

May 31 - Statuatory deadline to file property tax appeals.

June - September - Normal valuation appeal season.
